1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using souzalawpllc.com (the “Site”) or scheduling a consultation through our embedded Calendlybooking tool (collectively, the “Services”), you (“you,” “your,” or the “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Services.


2. No Attorney–Client Relationship

Content on the Site, including e-mails generated through Calendly bookings, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Contact with Souza Law via the Site, e-mail, phone, Calendly, or social media does not create an attorney–client relationship. A formal engagement begins only after you sign a written engagement agreement and we confirm representation.


3. Permitted & Prohibited Uses

You may view, download, and print Site materials solely for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

  1. Violate any applicable law or regulation;

  2. Use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or harmful code;

  3. Upload or transmit confidential personal data outside secure intake channels;

  4. Engage in data mining, scraping, or automated access;

  5. Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.


4. Intellectual-Property Rights

Unless otherwise noted, all text, graphics, logos, and other content on the Site are the property of Souza Law and protected under United States and international intellectual-property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to use the Site under these Terms.


5. Calendly Bookings

Calendly is provided for your convenience. Appointment slots are not guaranteed until confirmed by us. We reserve the right to reschedule, decline, or cancel appointments at our discretion and will notify you using the contact information you supplied.


6. Third-Party Links & Resources

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. Souza Law does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, products, or services on or available from those sites or resources.


7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided “as-is” and “as available.” Souza Law disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Souza Law, its attorneys, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).


9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Souza Law, its attorneys, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.


10. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.


11. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.


13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Souza Law regarding the Site and Services and supersede any prior understandings.
